Reservations

How to Book

  • Share your dates, group size, and trip style via our Enquiry form or email.
  • We send a tailored plan with hotels, safaris, transfers, and inclusions.
  • Holding of rooms/permits is time-bound and subject to availability.
Payments

Deposit & Balance

  • Advance: 50% to confirm services (or as specified in the proposal).
  • Balance: Due 21 days before check-in or first safari date.
  • For peak dates & permit-heavy trips, 100% may be required to issue permits.
Cancellations

Cancellation & Refunds

  • ≥30 days before arrival: Refund of amounts less non-refundable components (e.g., issued permits, special fares) and a 5% admin fee.
  • 15–29 days: 50% of trip cost is chargeable + non-refundables.
  • 0–14 days / No-show: 100% of trip cost is chargeable.
  • Hotel/airline/rail policies, if stricter, will override the above.
Changes

Amendments

  • Date or name changes are subject to availability and third-party rules.
  • Permits once issued are typically non-transferable/non-refundable.
  • Any fare difference or penalties will be applicable.

Age Guidance

Minimum Ages

  • Safari jeep drives are generally suitable for children 5+ years, at the guardian’s discretion.
  • Some parks/zones/lodges may enforce higher age limits.
  • For infants/toddlers, we recommend non-jeep activities and private guiding.
Seating & Gear

On-trip Safety

  • Children must remain seated and supervised at all times in vehicles and during activities.
  • Use of child seats/boosters can be arranged on request (subject to availability).
  • We provide safety briefings and recommend ear protection for younger guests on windy drives.
Rooms

Accommodation

  • Family rooms or inter-connecting units are on request and subject to availability.
  • Child meal plans and early dinners can be arranged with advance notice.

Wildlife Ethics

Respect for wildlife, habitats, and local communities.

  • No baiting, playback, feeding, littering, or off-track driving.
  • No flash photography; maintain respectful distances.
  • Keep voices low; follow naturalist and forest staff instructions.
  • Vehicle numbers and speeds are regulated; we comply rigorously.

  • We prioritise local guides, performers, and artisans with fair compensation.
  • Group sizes are capped to reduce impact; water refills minimise plastic.

How You Can Pay

  • Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, major cards via secure link.
  • International transfers accepted; bank charges borne by sender.
  • Cash is accepted within applicable limits and with valid KYC.
Invoicing

Taxes & Documents

  • GST applied as per prevailing rates; invoices issued for all billable services.
  • Vouchers with inclusions and timings are shared before arrival.
  • Price fluctuations due to taxes/fuel/park fees are passed at cost with prior intimation.

Your information is used to serve your trip — and nothing else.

Data Use

What We Collect

  • Contact details, ID details for permits, dietary & medical notes you voluntarily share.
  • We use this only to plan and operate your journey, and to comply with regulations.
  • No sale of data to third parties; sharing only with service partners required for your trip.
Security

Storage & Access

  • Data is stored on secure systems with staff access on a need-to-know basis.
  • You may request correction or deletion where legally permissible.
  • Retention is limited to statutory and operational requirements.

Liability & Insurance

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all travellers.

Limitations

Responsibility

  • We act as planners/agents for hotels, transporters, and activity providers.
  • We are not liable for delays, accidents, loss, or expenses due to weather, natural events, strikes, authority directives, or third-party defaults.
  • Claims, if any, are subject to jurisdiction where our office is registered.
Insurance

Coverages

  • Medical, evacuation, trip cancellation/interruption, baggage, and liability cover are strongly advised.
  • Please verify age/health coverage and adventure activity inclusions with your insurer.

Force Majeure

Unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.

Events

Examples

  • Acts of God, epidemics, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, riots, or any event making operations unsafe or impossible.
  • We will attempt reasonable re-scheduling or refunds from suppliers where possible.
Outcomes

  • Alterations, postponements, or cancellations may occur with minimal notice.
  • Refunds are limited to funds recoverable from third parties less administrative costs.

Are safari permits refundable?

Once issued by authorities, permits are typically non-refundable and non-transferable. We’ll always try to help with date changes if rules allow.

Can you hold rooms without payment?

Holds are strictly time-bound and depend on each hotel’s policy. A deposit is often required to secure inventory.

Do you support special diets?

Yes. Veg, Non-veg, Jain and allergy-specific menus can be arranged with advance notice.

Do I need insurance?

Yes—we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering health, evacuation, cancellations, and baggage.
